Track Worlds @ Manchester

Wanted to drop a good luck to our guys at Manchester!

Incase you missed the chatter, Taylor Phinney is surely one to watch in the individual pursuit. He's in great shape and should be exciting to watch. We have Mike Friedman to watch in the scratch, which he happens to have done kind of well in not that long ago! We have Colby Pearce to watch in the points race. We get Mike and Colby on Saturday in the madison! Good Luck Guys!

Keep an eye on Sarah Hammer in the individual pursuit, Bobby Lea in the men's omnium, Becky Quinn in the scratch, and Jennie Reed in the keirin. This week should offer a great view of awesome talent in a look ahead to the Olympics! I hope you check it out and cheer on our American group as they compete against the world's best, themselves included!!!

Hi! I just found you thru a friend! I was at last year's Downer's Grove, and plan on going back this year.

Did you see the article in the NY Times about the Phinneys? He is without a doubt our BEST GREAT cycling "american hope"!!

And let's have a moment of silence for Brad Huff; who medaled last year in Manchester, and is spending this year on the injured list!!

The articles on Taylor and family have been good reading this week. I read his Paris-Roubaix entry on his site from last year. All good stuff.

I'm hoping Brad is healing up and realizes he has a load of fans wishing him well. He's one who has added to the laughter in following Will and Mike and it is not the same with out him out there. It has to be hard to sit but proper rest and rehab is key to putting it behind him. My friend shared some stories and all I can say is that at some point, you just have to let an injury fully heal. It sucks as you want to be out there but you just have to do it.
