2008 Giro - Stage 11

I'm still watching/listening to today's stage on demand. Meetings got in the way at work and PC sorta crashed on us. (Work does take priority and all when it's important.) Some humor there with ctv working and we weren't. The mountains are always enjoyable to watch. The weather today kind of bit the big one. Some of the shots showed mini floods coming down the climbs. There were many of crashes today and the pictures show the damage. Ouch. I don't recall reading anyone seriously injured in the falls but certainly some nasty aches and pains to come. Levi went down at one point but thankfully Astana's site says he is okay. C, David, and Ryder all finished with the first main group after the break. Always good to see C moving up in GC.

Popping over and watching between reading I really don't get the Bart Simpson dude in the race caravan. Anyone? Over at PC tonight there are some good laughs being had. If you don't read our fun, you should stop over. Good group and some good laughs. On a funny note pointed out by one of the guys at PC, my letter to the editor of CycleSport is in the new issue that arrived today. Mr.Pickering had written me back after Paris-Nice telling me they'd get it corrected but still can't help but smile to see it in there. Don't mess with my stats on Christian! Ha! :-) I just hope the others weren't wrong as I don't follow them all - I know, hard to believe. LOL! And how sweet to have gotten the mag today with C's bday tomorrow! Off to finish watching. Enjoy!

We have our 3.5 mile walk tonight. I think the wind off the lake is going to be cold, but it will be fun.

Finally heard from the vet last night. Littlefoot has to take medication for three weeks, then get some tests done and her vacinations then she will be referred for treatment. At least we are now moving.

I have stupid meetings today so I just got to read your updates. I think it is cool that they printed your letter in the magazine.

Hi Erik! I wish you could've heard the laughs being had. I'll do just about anything for John and when I sent that, I didn't think they'd post the email itself. I had sent one to CN as well as they stated there were no others. Too Funny! I saw your note on your twitter updates too! All good fun!

GG - give me a buzz girl! How'd the walk go? Wieser is back home and theres some "discussion" to be had. DumbAss has out down himself!
